East-west traffic will be routed either to the northernmost two lanes or the southernmost two lanes of US-2 during construction.
PHASE 1 WORK ZONE: 22nd Ave. E to 7th Ave. E. (April - November 2007)
Box pipe storm sewer connect through 7th Ave. E. - Open Details
- 22nd Ave. E. Retention pond
- Bullhook Creek outfall
- Install box pipe across 22nd Street
- Build parking lot
- Remove asphalt on north side through 7th Ave. E
- Remove curb, gutter, sidewalk through 7th Ave. E
- Route traffic to south side through 7th Ave. E
- Storm pipe
- Storm mains 13th, 17th, 18th
